Orders
We process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change please contact us at info@amalfi-online.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate any changes before your order is dispatched.
Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you have not received this within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us directly.

Shipping
Yes. We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days worldwide. Remote islands and territories may require additional time.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to follow your delivery at any time.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and returned in their original packaging. Contact us at info@amalfi-online.com to initiate a return.
Yes. Simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will arrange an exchange for a different size or colour, subject to availability.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return. The funds will be returned to your original payment method.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
Sizing
Our shoes are true to size. If you are between sizes we recommend sizing up. Please refer to our size guide on each product page for foot measurements in EU, UK and US sizing.
Yes. All Amalfi shoes are lined with full leather which makes them comfortable to wear barefoot. This is actually how we recommend wearing most of our loafers and slides.

Product & Care
Our shoes are crafted from premium suede and nubuck uppers with full leather linings. Each sole is made from lightweight rubber for comfort and durability.
We recommend using a soft suede brush to remove surface dirt and a specialist suede protector spray to guard against moisture. Avoid wearing suede in heavy rain and always allow shoes to dry naturally away from direct heat.
Yes. Premium suede naturally develops character over time. With the right care your Amalfi shoes will only improve in appearance and comfort the more you wear them.
